GSA Front Office Team Member

At Accor, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our GSA Front Office team as a Front Office Guest Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, checking-in, and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests, exceeding their expectations and promoting a positive image of the hotel.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest's stay through up-selling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk, ensuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring that all matters affecting the interests of the hotel are brought to the attention of Management.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma/degree in Hotel Management.
- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, service orientation, and interpersonal team skills.
- Displays a high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
