Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quoting and Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering services sector, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage quotations, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Analyze customer requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes.
  • Maintain records of quotations, follow up with clients, and update the status of quotes in the system.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specifications.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing quotations, analyzing customer requirements, and maintaining records of quotations.
