Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Interior Design Associate. This role will provide the opportunity to work with experienced designers, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • The Interior Design Associate will support senior designers in client discussions, document meeting minutes, and track project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Candidates will collaborate with senior designers on 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, providing enhancements and feedback.
  • This role involves site visits, file management across HomeLane systems, and assisting in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and quoting tools.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders for effective design outcomes, building relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
Mandatory Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Design, Master of Design, or Diploma in Design degree.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with Modular furniture.
  5. Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
  6. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow design discussions and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
  • Assist in 3D designs and propose enhancements.
  • Manage files across HomeLane systems securely.
  • Validate quotes for transparency and fairness.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams effectively.
