Manufacturing Process Optimization Expert

Streamliners Management Consulting is a leading firm specializing in rapid efficiency improvements and operational excellence. We help manufacturers solve complex operational challenges to maximize profit margins and gain competitive advantage.
We are seeking an experienced problem solver who can work effectively with others and independently with minimal direction. This individual should have a track-record of achievement and be willing to travel internationally for short periods.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis on process capacity, bottleneck identification, waste reduction, warehouse restructuring, KPI creation, root cause analysis, and workforce optimization.
- Serve as project leader for project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds.
- Apply structured methodologies to problem-solve technical manufacturing issues.
- Proactively identify and address problems by breaking down large complex issues into manageable modules.
- Drive change and improvements to client operations execution.
- Transform manufacturing processes for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct due diligence, benchmarking, best practices, and assessment studies.
- Recommend actions and support clients in their implementation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in high-performance manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years of leadership and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Operations, or Business.
- Strong functional knowledge in discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, and continuous improvement.
- Able to collaborate effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
