As a process expert at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will play a vital role in streamlining our operations to ensure efficient execution and high-quality delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring procedure execution, identifying task errors, and providing actionable feedback to the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor procedure execution and identify task errors and reasons
  • Get feedback from delivery teams and owners, and identify opportunities for procedure enhancement
  • Prepare and maintain detailed task failure analysis reports and track first-time success rates
  • Propose solutions and suggest modifications to procedures by collaborating with project stakeholders
  • Drive procedure enhancements by coordinating with development teams, SEO specialists, and product owners
  • Coordinate with developers and provide necessary inputs to optimize procedure efficiency
  • Perform validation and report issues encountered while running procedures in virtual lab environments
  • Share feedback on task documentation and clarify any unclear points to ensure seamless understanding
  • Analyze first-level issues and troubleshoot underlying procedures with project stakeholders
  • Support delivery colleagues in case of procedure failures and propose immediate workarounds to minimize downtime
  • Perform proactive follow-ups on tickets created for encountered issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and with a larger audience on technical and process aspects
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deliverables
