Key Role: Business Process Improvement Specialist

This position requires a professional to analyze and enhance business processes aligned with sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Manage team decisions and drive consensus to align efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, actively participating in key decision-making processes.
  • Develop practical solutions to challenges within the team and across various teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and requirements from stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed documentation to support process enhancements and maintain alignment.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility into sustainability performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP sustainability solutions and production modules, including sustainability frameworks like CSRD/ESRS regulations.
  • Experience in setting sustainability ambitions, ESG reporting, dashboard preparation, and master data configuration.
  • Skilled in creating detailed test scenarios, developing test cases, and preparing test data.
  • Proven experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) User Management, including model design and optimization.
  • Proficient in using Reader/Writer APIs and establishing system connections for seamless data exchange.
  • Good understanding of SAP PaPM functions, parameters, and processes to ensure efficient model execution.
  • Familiar with SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) for parameter analysis and gaining system configuration insights.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and its application within SAP environments for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Experienced in SAP PaPM reporting and functional integration, with architectural insights into performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to design scalable models.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure clear knowledge transfer.
  • Understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and social responsibility frameworks.

  • Environment and sustainability understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
  • Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies to drive initiatives.
