Business Process Optimizer Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in implementing business processes, software solutions, and systems implementation. This individual will possess both technical and functional understanding of business processes and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, performing fit-gap analysis as required, and providing cost-efficient proposals on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.

  • Conduct unit and integration testing and regression testing.
  • Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for finance requirements, especially applications in the SAP Domain.
  • Strong experience with finance business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, and Profitability Analysis.
  • Ability to guide team members and mentor them as needed.
