Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business process optimization initiatives. As Business Process Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for streamlining internal workflows, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity across all departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to drive cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance collaboration between teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of process improvements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in process optimization, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
