We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing systems and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Description:

As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and automation solutions in manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions in manufacturing systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 4-7 years of experience in process improvement engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and software (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA, etc.).
