Assembly Process Optimization Specialist

A key role in our organization is available for a highly skilled professional to drive operational efficiency and enhance the production process. This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized assembly methods, processes, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and RPA platforms to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights, identify patterns, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with manufacturing goals.
  • Identify and reduce non-value-added activities through process analysis and digital automation initiatives.
  • Design and develop cloud- or SharePoint-based databases for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques to automate tasks, optimize workflows, and predict operational outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong background in data analytics, digital manufacturing, or production engineering. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Power BI, and Power Apps is essential, as well as a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in manufacturing analytics and process optimization. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, SharePoint, and database management systems is also necessary. Familiarity with SAP functions and manufacturing-related transactions is beneficial.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital manufacturing, or production engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in manufacturing analytics and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, SharePoint, and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP functions and manufacturing-related transactions.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.
