We are seeking a talented and motivated Assembly Line Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line, from setting up production runs to conducting quality control checks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate assembly line equipment, including machines and tools.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, defects, and other relevant metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including lean principles and six sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
