**Job Title:** Assembler Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Assembler Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly department, ensuring compliance with ISO/TS quality requirements, and leading projects to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate with the planning team in scheduling and machine loading.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WI), flowcharts, and formats to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and execute on-the-job training, prepare skill matrices, identify training needs, and develop team members.
  • Ensure audits are conducted to verify compliance with ISO/TS quality requirements at the assembly department.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor performance goals for the team, including conducting performance appraisals.
  • Ensure timely updates of aspect-impact studies and execution of employee manual processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures within the assembly department.
  • Lead and execute Green Line Speed (GLSS) projects in areas supervised and other areas as required.
  • Support development and timely execution of samples within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Ensure resource allocation across shifts for production and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of manual assembly and address issues related to subcontractors.
