Job Title: Assembly Production Operator (Fresher)

Location: Nhanz System pvt ltd, Bommasandra, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a fresher, you will undergo training to learn and perform basic assembly line tasks, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. You will work under the supervision of experienced staff to gain hands-on experience in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in assembling products or components on the production line.
- Ensure that all parts and tools are correctly set up for the production process.
- Follow instructions and blueprints for assembling products.
- Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
- Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools in a safe manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or safety hazards to supervisors or managers.
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools used for assembly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma / ITI or equivalent (freshers welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (not required for freshers).
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts (optional).
