Job Title: MES Support Specialist

Overview

Join our team of experts in manufacturing execution systems as we seek a skilled MES Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients. As a key member of our technical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for MES-related issues and inquiries via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles to enhance client understanding and adoption of MES features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical guides, release notes, and other related documentation to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or related technologies.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Oracle DB, SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, XML interfaces, UA, DA, HDA connectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
