Job Title: MES Modeler

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Modeler to join our team. As an MES Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) models that drive manufacturing operations forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse manufacturing processes and requirements to develop MES model specifications.
  • Design and implement MES workflows according to the developed specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of MES workflows and lead user acceptance tests.
  • Oversee the deployment of MES workflows to production environments.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ease of use, error-proofing, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with the Global MES Developer team to identify system improvements.
  • Provide support to end-users as needed to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MES development, preferably with CAMSTAR MES.
  • Candidates with over 7 years of experience may be considered for senior positions.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ISO13485 and FDA CFR820 regulations is essential.
  • Project management skills are necessary for successful implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities are required.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for teamwork.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
