Process Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of efficient manufacturing systems. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and automation solutions in manufacturing systems.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement engineering, focusing on optimizing manufacturing systems and enhancing operational efficiency. You will conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and 4-7 years of experience in process improvement engineering or a related field. You should be proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
