Job Role Overview

The Audit Associate II plays a pivotal role in the audit process from planning to execution. This expert assists with audits, applying accounting principles and auditing procedures to identify key issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply financial expertise to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare clear work-papers with definitive conclusions and recommendations.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients by maintaining confidentiality and effective communication.
  • Display excellent work habits when interacting with clients.
  • Anticipate challenges and keep seniors informed of engagement status.
  • Pursue professional growth through training and mentoring new associates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of audit experience (U.S. experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing & Distribution industry is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
