Job Description

The incumbent for Facade Lighting Sales will drive the sales and market presence of facade lighting products within assigned territories.

This role involves setting up design presentations, providing technical solutions, managing projects, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, and construction firms. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the building industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and conducting design presentations with architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Providing lighting design and technical solutions for building facades.
  • Tracking customer feedback and metrics related to design and product solutions.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

A team-oriented environment requires effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.

A strategic approach is needed to plan and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products.

Promotional activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and media campaigns should be formulated and executed effectively.

New business opportunities should be identified, and existing accounts developed to drive sales growth.

Strong relationships must be maintained with existing and potential clients, including architects, interior designers, and construction firms.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, technology adoption, and business models is crucial for informing sales strategies.

Product presentations should be prepared and delivered both internally and externally.

Finalizing deals, ensuring monetary settlement, and providing after-sales support are essential responsibilities.

Familiarity with building regulations, design standards, safety requirements, and installation techniques is necessary.

Reviewing and comprehending architectural drawings and technical specifications is also required.

Tender procedures and strategic planning should be understood.
