We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on configuration, system administration, and declarative or programmatic development.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated apps). You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions.

  • As the primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users), you will perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits.
  • You will develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components.
  • Cross-functional collaboration involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions.
  • You will own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features.
  • Regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for training end-users, maintaining documentation, and championing best practices.

To succeed in this role, we require a strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools, experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
