In this role, you'll oversee client projects, guide your team to identify and qualify leads, and ensure effective pipeline management. Your strong organizational and project-management skills will help drive results for our clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses, remote work setup, and growth opportunities as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution: Hands-on involvement with lead databases, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to deliver qualified meetings while coaching and mentoring the team.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Guide the team to identify and qualify leads for various clients, ensuring effective pipeline management.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor the inside sales team, ensuring all client projects meet defined KPIs.
- Client Communication: Keep clients updated on project progress, listen to their business needs, and ensure the team delivers accordingly.
