Dynamic Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth at Atica Global, a leading tech-first remote sales & revenue management company for Hotels and Hotel operators in the US. With a unified tech-led solution, we strive to deliver the highest quality service while setting new standards for efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving ROI for hotel ownership. Key responsibilities include providing sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, activating new accounts in the local market, and increasing market share from existing accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully driving sales in a competitive market. You should also possess proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools, as well as a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and growth objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and growth objectives
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
