  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students for utmost customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or BPO.
  • Internet industry background preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Candidates from Bangalore location are preferred.
