Operational Governance Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned operational governance specialist to drive excellence in city operations.

This strategic role ensures operational discipline, aligning sales, design, and project execution teams with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • City Governance & SOP Adherence: Drive compliance across Sales, Design, Execution, and Vendor Experience teams.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and resolve governance risks, address non-compliance issues, and drive corrective actions.
  • Audit Readiness & Documentation: Maintain project, partner, and compliance documentation in audit-ready format, leading internal audits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with city ops, design teams, and PMs to reinforce a governance-first mindset, conduct workshops, and educate stakeholders on new or revised SOPs.
  • Reporting Management: Prepare city-level compliance reports, governance scorecards, and present RCA recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • 6–8 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, vendor operations, or audit roles in a city-level or field operations capacity
  • Hands-on knowledge of SOP enforcement, audit trails, documentation, and stakeholder training
  • Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Background in real estate, interior design, consumer services, or execution-led businesses preferred
