Job Title: Team Lead and Sales Performance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead and Sales Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Education Counsellors and Team Leaders in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve high levels of performance. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Education Counsellors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high levels of motivation and engagement within the team through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales productivity tools.
