We are seeking a skilled Strategic Team Lead to spearhead our EdTech sales team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for converting inbound leads into successful partnerships through strategic follow-up and compelling outbound outreach.
About the Role:- Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of education counsellors, driving results and achieving ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Connect and convert inbound leads into lucrative partnerships by consistently delivering tailored solutions and outstanding service.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, ensuring seamless productivity and collaboration within the team.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, resolving queries and concerns with precision and care.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in EdTech or inside sales is essential, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), excellent client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software is required.
