Regional Demand Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Demand Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing regional IT services, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards, and providing troubleshooting support.

This is a key position that requires strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and IT service management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring PRs/POs are created and processed accurately.
  • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT, ensuring standardized service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
