Workday Time Tracking Specialist

 

As a Workday Time Tracking Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and supporting Workday Time Tracking solutions for our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and implement Workday Time Tracking projects.

 

  • Plan, organize, and implement Workday Time Tracking projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements, engaging stakeholders and team members throughout the process.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Workday Time Tracking module, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions, leveraging technical expertise and analytical skills.
  • Support deployment, provide user assistance during transition, and deliver training sessions to users, contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, demonstrating relevant academic preparation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module, utilizing technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday, highlighting technical expertise.
