Customer Experience Opportunity

Zluri's Identity Governance and Administration platform enables IT and security teams to streamline access management and automate access reviews. Our mission is to ensure the right people have the right access to the right applications at the right time.

In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help us build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for growing the product and scope out product requirements.
  • Support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes to elevate customer experience.
  • Test and release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
