Senior Loyalty Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our loyalty program initiatives, driving customer engagement and retention in the lubricants market.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to create engaging loyalty programs that align with our business objectives of volume growth, better product mix, and network expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, and reward fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, digital) to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Analyze customer and distributor behavior to refine program mechanics and improve ROI.
  • Lead quarterly reviews and annual conventions to recognize top performers and gather feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters / bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably within the automotive or lubricants industry.
