Develop a comprehensive database of painters & contractors across Pan India.
Ensure proper categorization, segmentation, and mapping to streamline engagement and communication.
2. Painter Performance & Engagement Analysis
Conduct a detailed performance analysis of new, existing, and dropped applicators.
Identify degrowing trends and address key issues impacting painter loyalty and business sustainability.
Develop insights-driven Performance Mapping strategies to improve retention and productivity.
3. Painter & Dealer Partnership & Loyalty Program
Design and implement a sustained Applicator Partnership Program, incorporating:
Business & personal milestone celebrations.
Loyalty rewards and incentives schemes.
Special schemes and benefits for high-performing painters.
Focus on new painter onboarding strategies and on extratction strategies.
4. Painter Engagement via Soft benefits & Skill Development program
Develop a structured Painter Program alliances that will bring soft benefits, like insurance, education fund, etc. to drive loyalty & engagement.
Conduct training sessions & manage communication via social media & CRM to train painters about new products.
