Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a new healthcare technology product. This role is a unique hybrid of product management, operational leadership, and partner success. You will be responsible for defining our consumer-facing patient app and the hospital-facing SaaS dashboard, while also working on the on-ground implementation and driving successful adoption among hospital staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Management:

• Define, the product roadmap for the patient app and the hospital dashboard.
• Market research with hospital administrators & patients to identify pain points & new features.
• Translate vision into detailed features

2. Operational Implementation & Partner Success:

• Define the processes for on-ground implementation at hospitals.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan for all hospital staff to ensure successful adoption.
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., patient sign-ups, cashback utilization, increased ancillary revenue).

3. Data Analysis & Performance Management:

• Leverage data from the SaaS dashboard to create regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze usage data to identify adoption gaps, areas of improvement, and new features.
• Conduct mystery shopping and on-site audits to ensure the program is being implemented correctly and to gather qualitative feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in product management, program management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C company. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

  Ability to see the big picture and translate business goals into a detailed, executable plan.
• Product Expertise:
  Proven experience in defining product requirements
• Operational Excellence:
  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a real-world, dynamic environment.

  Proficiency in analyzing data to measure impact & make decisions.
• Communication:
  Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Empathy:
  A deep understanding of patient and hospital staff pain points, with a passion for creating solutions that genuinely improve their experience.
