Compliance Specialist

This role will play a key part in helping clients, particularly manufacturers and importers of products, achieve compliance with industry standards. The specialist will provide expert assistance in registration, documentation, product testing, and certification.

  • Provide comprehensive guidance on industry certification requirements.
  • Assist clients in identifying applicable standards and categories for their products.
  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of applications and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with laboratories for product testing and obtain necessary test reports.
  • Ensure products meet technical standards for performance and safety as required by regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and regulatory officials to expedite the certification process.
  • Track and monitor application status, ensuring timely follow-up and approval.
  • Advise clients on testing and post-certification compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients in maintaining compliance, managing renewals, and addressing any regulatory concerns.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulations, especially for products under specific schemes.
