Industrial Automation Specialist

We seek a seasoned expert in industrial automation to lead our digital transformation initiatives.

  • This individual will spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.
  • Achieving seamless integration of OT systems PLC, SCADA, MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud is crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, expertise in Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation, and hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects, utilizing cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT, and ensuring secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.

In addition to their technical expertise, this professional should have excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We are seeking certifications such as Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications, along with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments, containerization, Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments, and familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88, ISA99IEC 62443.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic team collaborating to drive industry 4.0 smart manufacturing initiatives and predictive analytics projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking OEE downtime analysis, traceability SPC etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IIoT platforms.
  • Certifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications.
