Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to penetrate the institutional sales market for school shoes in India
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and schools to drive sales growth
  • Explore innovative partnerships with schools and other stakeholders to increase our reach and customer base
  • Pitch our products and services to potential clients and negotiate deals to secure new business opportunities
  • Manage key accounts, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process
  • Foster excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business success

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field in the education sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including full-funnel management and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
