**Job Title:** Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

  • This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, including requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Develop and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
