Role Summary

(Transform Inbound Leads into Bookings)

You'll convert website, Instagram/WhatsApp, and phone leads into paid bookings for our premium experiences. You'll respond promptly, qualify needs, recommend options, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Response: Acknowledge new leads within minutes and log them in the CRM.
  • Discovery: Ask basic questions and shortlist 2-3 matching experiences based on date, budget, group size, location, vibe.
  • Follow-ups: Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links, and gentle reminders.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Keep stages updated and ensure every lead has a clear next action + timestamp.
  • Post-Booking Assist: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, collect feedback/testimonials.

You'll Gain:

Requirements:

  • Prior customer contact / tele-sales / hospitality internship
  • Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business
