About the Role

As a Client Engagement Associate – Research, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and positioning Nextyn's services effectively.

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries. You will need to understand client requirements and communicate how Nextyn's solutions can address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage inbound client inquiries, understand their requirements, and position Nextyn's services effectively.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
