Job Overview:
A key role in a team driving sales growth through expert customer interactions, relationship management, and strategic market knowledge. This position focuses on converting leads into bookings, providing tailored accommodation recommendations, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
• Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
• Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
