Investment Banking Analyst

This role requires a multi-faceted individual to assume front-end and back-end responsibilities, ensuring the success of customers using our services. They will be working closely with clients across various sectors and geographies to create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc.

Key responsibilities include advising and consulting clients on structuring their funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs. This involves an understanding of the private investment market, including funding asks, valuations, financial models, business projections, etc.

The successful candidate must ensure quality services are delivered to the client, adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking or Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
