We are looking for a Head of Mutual Fund Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our mutual fund sales efforts and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Organize promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of mutual fund products and their features.
- Strong selling skills and commercial acumen.
- Good verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- The inclination to work in a client-facing, sales role.
- Ideal candidates will have a post-graduate degree and at least 10-12 years of experience in wealth management in a client-facing role involving mutual fund sales.
- Candidates without the required experience or qualifications but with a passion for mutual fund sales are also welcome to apply.
- Valid NISM certification is a must.
