Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager (National Sales)

Reporting to the General Manager of National Sales, this role is based in our Head Office in Kolkata.

To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree or MBA and 17-25 years of experience in Engineering product manufacturing, particularly in metal valve, ball manufacturing, fabricated and architectural metal product manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial machinery, intake systems, and market dynamics. Key responsibilities include new customer acquisition and business development, market analysis, contract negotiation, product lifecycle management, strategic sales development and partnership management, sales forecasting and reporting, sales team leadership, performance analysis and tracking key sales metrics.

We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with Steel, Oil & Gas, and Power plant industries.

This role requires a seasoned and results-driven individual who can build and maintain customer relationships while delivering exceptional results.
