As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving our revenue objectives and broadening our market reach You will lead a dedicated sales team manage key accounts and build lasting relationships with hotel partners corporates and industry stakeholders Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with CYC Groups business goals in the events hotels and hotel onboarding sectors Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and market trends to drive revenue and market share Establish sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team Team Management and Development Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners event organizers and stakeholders Negotiate and close high-value deals with new and existing clients Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns Market Expansion and Onboarding Oversee the event and hotel onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and strong partnerships Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and event management sectors Collaborate with the Business Development team to expand the network of partners Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor sales performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities achievements and challenges Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with other departments e g marketing operations business development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth Represent CYC Group at industry events conferences and trade shows Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the hotel industry or BFSI sector with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as required Skills and Attributes Deep understanding of the hospitality industry or BFSI sector with an emphasis on events and hotel onboarding Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Enthusiasm for building and nurturing long-term relationships What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A vibrant and collaborative work environment Recex
