Head of Sales

SALES HEAD ( PHARMA/IT/TELECOM/HEALTHCARE/HOSPITALITY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients across pharma, telecom, healthcare, diagnostics, and hospitality sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the testing/analytical industry/Pharma/Telecom/Health care/Hospitality Industries or related sectors.
- 20+ Years Experience working in pharma, healthcare, telecom, or hospitality industries.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
