Process Simulation and Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Process Simulation and Design Expert to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to leverage their knowledge of process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, EDR, Adsorption, and HTRI.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in model building, tuning, and integration of models in OTS software and other applications.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and validate process simulations using industry-standard tools.
  2. Design and optimize complex processes for various industries including Oil and Gas, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulations with real-world operations.
  4. Ensure accuracy and precision in all simulations to support informed decision-making.

You'll Be Working On

  • Developing and implementing simulation models to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with engineers and technicians to integrate simulations with existing systems.
  • Providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new simulation tools.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve simulation capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in process simulation software including Aspen Plus, HYSYS, EDR, Adsorption, and HTRI.
  • Proven track record of developing accurate and efficient simulation models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
