Job Description

Seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to spearhead penetration testing and red team engagements.

  • Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, focusing on web applications, APIs, networks, cloud, and operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Develop and execute internal infrastructure and Active Directory exploitation using advanced tools like BloodHound and CrackMapExec.
  • Perform thorough security testing of OT/ICS/SCADA systems, including protocol and firmware assessments.
  • Lead manual reviews to identify security flaws, insecure patterns, and logical vulnerabilities through source code analysis.
  • Simulate end-to-end real-world attack scenarios, providing proof-of-concepts (POCs) and actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and real-world threat simulation methodologies.
  • Expertise in AD security, internal lateral movement, and domain privilege escalation techniques.
  • Familiarity with OT security controls, risk frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443), and protocol fuzzing concepts.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, BloodHound, SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc.
  • Leadership experience in managing client-facing pentest projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
