Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physical implementation impact on circuit performance and strong knowledge of SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores.">
  • Work on computer architecture concepts, SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations.">
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.">
  • Participate in circuit simulation and verification activities to guarantee functionality and optimize performance, power, area, timing, and yield.">
  • Utilize high-performance and low-power circuit designs, FinFet technologies, and bitcell stability analysis to enhance overall product quality.">
  • Lead small teams of designers and oversee the memory design process, ensuring all necessary checks are performed.">
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience in SRAM/memory design, margin, char, and related quality checks.">
  • Strong knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance.">
  • Good experience in design verification: sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis.">
  • Familiarity with Cadence or Synopsys flows, circuit simulation, and optimization of standard cells.">
