Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected business development expert to drive strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth across premium segments.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and premium gifting sectors
  • Build and nurture relationships with top brands, corporates, event agencies, hotels, and retail platforms
  • Drive B2B sales for bespoke gifting, festive hampers, corporate gifting, and collaborations
  • Pitch and close brand tie-ups, ad sales, and co-branded activations in alignment with our brand ethos
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients with a focus on creativity and ROI

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development or ad sales within luxury magazines, premium brands, flower companies, or industries related to events/weddings
  • Strong network in the luxury space across fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, and corporate sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Aesthetically inclined with a good understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning
  • Self-starter, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

Manage high-value relationships with decision-makers, marketing heads, and procurement teams. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, operations, design etc) to deliver exceptional client experiences. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data- inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces- in our sales system.

Key Responsibilities Include Identifying and Acquiring New Business Opportunities, Building Partnerships With Luxury Brands, Driving B2B Sales, and Pitching and Closing Brand Tie-Ups.
