Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Optimization Specialist.

  • The selected candidate will work closely with clients to assess business needs and identify opportunities for optimization through supply chain planning platforms.
  • They will design, build, and configure applications tailored to specific client requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and system gaps.
  • Kinaxis Configuration & Customization: Design, build, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.
  • Project Delivery & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Modules: Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Scripting: Advanced experience with scripting languages.
  • Integrations: Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, WMS via APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Data Modeling: Designing scalable, accurate data models.
  • Reporting: Developing reports and dashboards.
