Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive cost savings, quality improvements, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives to minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management best practices, tools, and technologies, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management software, and logistics software.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence and analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
