Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Forecast demand trends and optimize inventory across hubs in key metros and state capitals.

  • Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to over 500 hospitals.

  • Ensure compliance with cold chain and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical logistics.

  • Streamline procurement and vendor management processes to improve turnaround time and cost efficiency.

  • Technology & Process Improvement

  • Implement and monitor ERP-based inventory and order management systems across the network.

  • Drive digitization initiatives to improve tracking, documentation, and performance reporting.

  • Team Leadership

  • Lead a geographically dispersed team across supply chain offices (Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Pune, Raipur).

  • Foster a performance-oriented culture and develop strong second-line leadership.

  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, regulatory) and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, warehousing partners).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector or FMCG.

  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location supply chain operations.

  • Education:

  • Graduate

  • MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with national travel as required.
